Eight suppliers have been awarded a place on a new engineering inspection framework, worth £5million, for public sector organisations across England and Wales.

Engineering Inspection Services (EIS1) includes eight workstreams that will enable public bodies to access pre-approved suppliers for the assessment of equipment and systems across social homes, high and low rise blocks, sheltered housing, office buildings, leisure centres, plant rooms and other assets.

Housing developers are now able to apply for a new four-year, £1.5 billion new build framework to deliver public sector projects.

Door manufacturers appointed to £130 million public sector framework

Twenty-seven door manufacturers have won places on a new £130 million framework to supply communal and entrance doors to the public sector.

Seventeen offsite manufacturers have won places on a new £330 million framework for the public sector.

Public sector procurement specialist CPC has published the Contract Award Notice for its Energy Efficiency Measures & Associated Works (N8) Framework Agreement.

The Framework allows local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to source specialist suppliers who can provide a variety of carbon-reduction  measures for domestic and public buildings and can carry out any associated repairs and retrofit work.
