Shaping Our Future: Collaborative Strategies for Community Impact in the North of England
Following the success of our inaugural meeting, we recently held the second regional committee gathering at The Atrium in Preston, hosted by Levitt Bernstein. The primary focus was on discussing strategies to drive impactful projects in the North of England, followed by an interactive workshop aimed at generating new ideas to support these initiatives.
Attendees included representatives from Tees Valley Education Trust, Your Housing Group, Home Group, Durham County Council, Johnnie Johnson Housing, and Tawd Valley Developments. The lively discussions throughout the day reflected our shared commitment to effective public sector procurement and community-focused outcomes.
We concluded the meeting with a guided tour of The Atrium, showcasing another exemplary public sector project and reinforcing our commitment to delivering innovative and impactful projects.
Looking Ahead
Through these meetings, we continue to refine our strategies to better support local authorities and public bodies, ensuring that every procurement decision contributes to building stronger, more sustainable communities.
With two highly successful committee meetings behind us, we are already looking forward to future gatherings. The contributions from committee members have been invaluable, offering fresh insights and helping to refine our approach. As we move forward, the collaboration, shared vision, and dedication to community impact that have been central to these meetings will remain at the core of our strategy.
Through ongoing dialogue and partnership, we are well-positioned to lead in procurement excellence, ensuring that our frameworks not only meet the highest standards but also create lasting benefits for the communities we serve.
