With over 15 years of invaluable sales experience in the social housing market, coupled with a strong background in business development and account management, Ian Doherty brings a wealth of expertise to our organisation.

Ian's journey in the professional world spans over three decades, with significant stints in both the public and private sectors. With over 20 years of service in health, social care, and housing within the public sector, Ian has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of these vital sectors. His transition to the social housing market marked the beginning of a fruitful career, where he honed his skills in sales, particularly within the construction realm.

As the newly appointed Regional Manager for CPC, Ian's primary responsibility is to spearhead client support and development within the Northwest, Northeast, and Yorkshire & Humber regions. He will work closely with the team to promote our procurement solutions, nurturing relationships with both current and prospective clients. Additionally, Ian will play a pivotal role in enhancing our ties with appointed companies, further solidifying our presence in the market.
